So me and [livejournal.com profile] heroicblogger have been "going at it" about whether or not Bush can be wholly blamed for our financial woes as a nation. His stance is yes, my stance is that it sounds stupid to say that the entire economy of a three-headed gov't hinges on the like- or dislikeability of one man whether it's true or not. Like I said, me and he have been debating and, I think, we've been pretty level-headed about it.

Tonight some idiot posted an anonymous reply to my comment. At least I think they meant to post to my comment since it's actually a reply to [livejournal.com profile] heroicblogger. So assuming they meant to post to me, they started out with the current title of this entry: "Your an idiot." I'm sorry, I don't have any idiots just lying about, let alone one in particular. I keep reading the comment waiting or wanting to be offended...but I can't work up the steam. Between the bad title, not actually replying to me, the exclamation points, the not actually answering of my question of "doesn't it seem a wee unreasonable to blame one person for such a multifaceted problem?" I can't really take him seriously. I want to. I feel the beginnings of offendedness in there - but it just won't come.

Go fig.

my wordcount for the night:
