Thank you, ma'am. I did reject some layouts that I'd originally liked after thinking about the ease of reading for others, or the complete lack thereof.

The first thing Joe Burns covers after explaining how to critique a website in Web Site Design Goodies. It became the first after teaching HTML in a class setting and so many students just threw together random stuff they liked with no thought to the reader. :)
