You guys all know that I've been of mixed emotions about the entire election, virtually from the word Go. But it hit me this morning that this is a day my grandfather would have loved to have seen with his own eyes. More than anything that I regret him missing it's this moment in history.

But the thing to remember is that you can tell your family and its future generations how much this would have meant to your grandfather. You are lucky to have such wonderful memories of your grandfather and be able to see today's events through his eyes.
