The man in the picture you got is actually a costume designer who started wearing Steampunk cause he's so damn tall and needed long coats, lol. He has an LJ. I have it bookmarked somewhere, lol.

No way! That is awesome....you must share :D I have to admit, I'm all aglow to have gotten Aristocrat just because he's the pic. I've seen this picture of him attached to other steampunk/goth things before, and I always drool. I think it's really the juxtaposition of the quills-for-hair and Victorian-chic that does it for me. lol :D
