Color Pic Spam

tinpraComment and I'll give you a color. Then in your journal, post ten things of that color that you like. (I'll only give you a color if you specifically ask for one, so feel free to comment even if you don't want to do this meme!)

1. TEA!!! As a plus my teapot actually is green, this go around. A friend of mine also gave me a personal teapot for Christmas that's green. Unfortunately it cracked :(
2. Fresh-cut grass - I love the smell unless I have a headcold, in which case it's as if someone has taken a rake to the inside of my nose.
3. Vulcans - Their blood is copper-based and thus green. Spock was the first Star Trek alien that I fangirled. The OC in my first fic (and my first Mary Sue) was a Vulcan. I think the first character I ever RPed was a Vulcan.
4. Mythological figures - Admittedly most mytholgical figures aren't quite this green, but I tend to flock towards earth-related pictures.
5. Turtles - Who doesn't love turtles? They're fantastic. We used to have a few at my community center, and I have a silver turtle mood ring.
6. Celtic knot - Actually I have a fascination with all things Irish. It's a longish story. Bonus: This knot is stained glass :)
7. Yarn - Knitting & crocheting are my new loves. I'm actually working on a crocheted something (no clue what it's going to be) in green.
8. Parks! - When I was little, Mom and I had our favorites to visit. In junior high, me and my friends would spend our lunch walking through the footpaths in the park nearest us.
9. Peridot - If I could choose some other stone to be my birthstone, peridot would be it. Good peridot is such a lovely shade of green.
10. Green glass - Stuff like this reminds me of my grandmother and my great-aunts. Mom and I joke that one day we're going to see Gram's stuff in a museum. ;)
