tinpraOr at least I hope to be by re-posting what I am and have read.
So, just finished reading "Hope's Sanctuary" by Jedi Keladry. It's an alternate history Star Wars fic featuring an indirect Obi Wan/Padme. Loved it.
In real-fic, I just finished Embrace the Night by Karen Chance. It was a good end to the previous two books. Heavy on the near-casual sex so be aware.
I started reading Heat Stroke by Rachel Caine but after the main char had had mind blowing sex with a guy she'd admitted to now knowing very well at all (though he's a carryover from the previous novel) and then wondered where the relationship was going I wasn't sure I could keep going. The casualness of the casual sex was...off-putting. Sigh.
I have in queue to read The Last Assassin by Barry Eisler...in which I can pretty much expect one casual sex scene between two of the main characters. Dunno if I'm actually going to read though I've read all the previous novels in the series.
